The Trust10 needs no introduction by now, but for those who don’t know it’s a varied and scenic trail based 10k in the Longshaw Estate. It happens once a month, is lots of fun and is also free!
The winner this month was Zak Hodgkinson of Matlock AC in a time of 42:26. The winning lady was Kate Morris (unaffiliated according to the results). 117 runners took part, of which 11 are listed as Striders. Particular kudos to Simon Bennett for finishing 2nd overall the day after a triathlon!
