Race Date: Wednesday 4th May 2016

1172 runners took part in the East Midlands Grand Prix 10k at Silverstone including lone Strider, Adday Heller. Father Ben is worried he will soon be looking over his shoulder as Adday continues to improve and it won’t be long before he is being passed by his daughter! Well done Adday on your effort.

The race was won by Toby Spencer of Coventry AC in 31.24. The first woman home was Alice Burgin of Bedford & County AC in 36.54.
