Race Date: Sunday 20th March 2016
There were 123 finishers at the Derwent Duathlon last weekend, including 4 Striders. The Duathlon consists of a 4.5km run, a 30km cycle ride and another 7.5km run.
It certainly looked like a stunning day for a duathlon round Derwent. The race winner was Matthew Hallam in 1.32.36. The first woman home was Bethan Gay in 1.49.55. Well done to all entrants and especially to the 4 competing Striders.
