Race Date: Tuesday 3rd May 2016
After the snow of the previous week, it was fantastic to see wonderful sunshine descend upon Burbage for the annual Skyline race. As popular as ever with 342 starters, which caused a delay in the start of the race. For many, this was their first fell race to have chip timing, we wonder if this will become the norm?
Race winner was Dane Blomquist of ShUOC in 38:23 with first lady home was Megan Wilson in 48:21, again of ShUOC.
29 Striders finished the highly technical course, some of whom popped their Fell Cherry on the night, so well done everyone.
