Race Date: Sunday 15th February 2015

Wombwell Sporting Athletic Club organised the Wombwell 5 mile race which attracted 293 runners.

First male home was Richard Smith of Holmfirth Harriers in 26:28 with first lady Helen Singleton of Wakefield Harriers in 29:05.

Run Britain describes the race as “2 x laps on go-kart track the on to road. 1 lap to finish”.

Two Striders put the pedal to the metal.  Vroom, vroom.
