Another lovely Oxspring summers evening, perfect for off road running and three splashes through the river.
277 runners, 19 juniors and 258 adults of which 23 were Striders, half of whom managed a PB.
The race was won by Mike Fanning of Borrowdale in 25:25 with Natalie Neville of Racing TNT the first lady home in 31:30.
