Another crisp autumnal day, with mainly dry but soft conditions underfoot and some tough hills. Yes, we were back running XC in Graves Park for the second weekend in a row. This time everyone was doing three laps, not one (approximately 6k for women, 10k for men)
There was another good turnout from the club, with 25 Striders finishing (plus at least one DNF in each race), despite the clash with Worksop Half Marathon. Liz Cooper was the first lady Strider to finish, with David Palmer leading the men home.

Hannah Fletcher (Hallamshire Harriers) won the women’s race in 23:30. There were 117 finishers.
