Race Date: Wednesday 1st July 2015
A 4.5 mile race with 120 metres of climb. The website states that the route starts at Maltby crags, through King’s Wood, round Roche Abbey, following the river Rother, looping back through woods and climbing up to the Common.
I spied on facebook that Paul Stuart had managed to get hold of a copy of the race results for this so here they are.
90 runners altogether of which 5 were Striders. Well done for making the effort on a Wednesday evening. The race was won by Gareth Lowe of Clowne RR in 27.30. First lady home was Teresa McPake of Worksop Harriers in 34.12.
