Race Date: Sunday 20th September 2015
This challenging 10k race, hosted by Crystal Peak runners, attracted 55 entrants, including 4 Striders. Well done to you all. Special mention must go to David Perkins for his podium finish. Good to see your Sheffield Way reccies weren’t wasted after all and all that training was rewarded. All finishers were awarded with a mug which must have been great for a brew after the race.
The race was won by Alfie Manthorpe of Sheffield and Dearne AC in 41.42. First woman was ‘Chaglia’ of Handsworth Roadhogs in 54.36.
