The Loughrigg Silver Howe Chase is an 8.5 mile race with 2549ft of climb, starting from Ambleside. Well done to Strider Helen Davis who completed the race in very wintry conditions on Sunday 22 February.

The race was won by Rhys Findlay-Robinson of Dark Peak FR in 1:18:00 and first female was Sharon Taylor of Helm Hill in 1:31:56. Full results are on the Fellrunner website.
