The race is part of the ‘Lathkil Fun Day’, organised by the Hotel and raising money for the ‘Children in Need’ appeal.
There were 14 Striders in attendance – extra kudos to Paul Stuart, Trevor Burton, Richard Pegg, Ashley Barron, Martyn Goldsack and Richard Garton that ran the Longshaw 10k earlier that very same morning.
The race was won by Jack Ross in a time of 45.53. The first woman home was Diane Lee in 54.08.
