Race Date: Wednesday 22nd July 2015

Alasdair Menmuir was flying the Striders flag at the Black Knight Charge, a 6 mile multi terrain race organised by the East Cheshire Harriers and Tameside AC.

In all there were 186 runners and Alasdair did a sterling job, finishing in 27th place. Great stuff Alasdair. The race was won by Matt Bond of Sale Harriers in 31.52. First lady across the line was Sarah Hudak of Trafford AC in 40.13
