Carol Beattie travelled over to Warrington to represent Striders in the Birchwood 10k and headed home with a prize – 1st V60 lady. Well done Carol.

The race was won by Nigel Martin (Sale Harriers) in 33:04. First lady was Kirsty Longley (Liverpool Pembroke Sefton) in 38:03. There were 941 finishers. Full results on the Spectrum Striders website
