Yesterday was the final Jan Tomlinson Run for All 10k races of 2014 in York. The start of the race was delayed by an hour due to traffic on the A64. The popular 10k was won by James Bulman of New Marske in 32:38. The Striders have three runners (that results show us) do the race, Jonathan Law broke the 40:00 minute barrier in a time of 39:15, Richard Clamp did it in 50:20 and Michael Newsam of 1:20:19 not bad for V70+.
