Three Striders took part in the final race in the Spencers Dash 6 part series, on 3 September.
It’s a slightly undulating 4.2 mile course in Barnsley. The race was won by Kevin Ogden, of Spenborough AC, in 20 minutes and 54 seconds. The first female was Paula Newton in 30 minutes and 4 seconds. There were 49 runners.
