Just a reminder that the Striders organised Fell Race; Salt Cellar is coming up on Friday 1st August, 7pm start.
Entry is FREE to all Striders members and only £4 for guests paying in advance (£5 pay on the day)

20 Striders had a successful recce of the course last night and its all looking good. If the weather is anything like last night you are in for a treat as the views were superb.
We also require help on the evening of the race, which will consist of a bit of marshalling and general pre/post race help. Friends and family can also come along and help out! Anyone who can help please contact Dean Young on the mobile number below or send him a private message on Facebook. Dean will need the mobile numbers of all striders that can help and please be aware that some of you to arrive by 5:30pm on race night in order to get to relevant parts of the course.
