Race date: Sunday 28th September 2014

Another excellent performance from Andy Davies as he takes 9th place at Penistone Hill Race, and is the first M45. Andy was closely followed by Caitlin Rice who was first female and set a new course record. The race was won overall by Clive Fitzpatrick (Stockport Harriers) in 43.52.

The Penistone Hill Race is a multi-terrain race with approximately 7 miles with 890 feet of ascent. It is described as a tough race on tarmac, trails and paths, with hills and stunning views of the Penistone area.
