As you’d expect being on the edge of the moors, the Milltown to Moors Oldham Half Marathon is a hilly affair with 388m (1272 ft) of climbing. But that didn’t stop 333 runners taking on the course.

Gareth Raven of Sale Harriers was the first man home in 1:11:20 with Katherine Fitzpatrick the first lady in 1:29:10

Andrew Davies on home turf finished in 16th place overall and 3rd in V45, a tremendous effort.
