Race Date: Saturday 1st November 2014

Berry Hill Park, Mansfield was the location of this years Saucony English Cross Country Relays and we sent both a mens and a womens team down there.

The senior men’s category was contested by 143 teams with Stockport Harriers & AC ‘A’ winning in a total time of 1:01:10.

Our team of Craig Shaw (19:31), Steve Helmore (20:02), Alasdair Menmuir (21:16) and Andy Buck (20:28) came home in 115th place with a total time of 1:21:18

In the ladies race there were 98 teams with Aldershot Farnham & District AC ‘A’ winning in total time of 29:46.

Our team of Alison Barrett (13:06), Carol Beattie (14:47) and Hannah Helmore (11:38) finished in a total time of 39:31 which put them in 69th place.

Congratulations to both our teams as there were some awesome runners on show, some of the countries finest.
