Race Date: Sunday 7th September 2014

It looked a beautiful day from what we saw on the TV and a whopping 56,000 took part in what is being hailed as “the world’s best half marathon”. Well the Bupa Great North Run must be good as there were 6 Striders up there.

Mark Gray ran a fantastic time of 1:20:30 to come home in 169th overall and a wonderful 16th placed finish in M40.

Some guy called Mo Farah won the race in 1 hour……. you might have heard of him?
