Race Date: Sunday 19th October 2014

Over 20,000 people took part in the Bupa Great Birmingham run, amongst them was a lone Strider.

This was Richard Hayes 10th Half Marathon of the year as part of his NSPCC charity challenge and boy did he smash it, posting PB a by over 7 minutes and finishing in 269th place.

An amazing performance that proves hard work and commitment do bring results.
